What You Will Do:
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the overall contract support for administrative and operational functions supporting a federal law enforcement customer. In this highly visible leadership role, you will serve as the Contractor's primary Point of Contact and provide strategic oversight of contract execution, personnel management, implementation activities, logistics, financial management, and program performance. You will work directly with Government stakeholders, including the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and agency leadership to ensure mission requirements are supported effectively and all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
The Senior Program Manager will oversee day-to-day contract operations, facilitate communication and coordination between Government and Contractor personnel, and ensure timely recruitment, onboarding, deployment, and support of contract staff. Responsibilities include managing Government-furnished property, overseeing financial actions and invoicing, ensuring timely delivery of reports and contract deliverables, negotiating and implementing contract modifications, and maintaining accountability for all performance-related matters. Success in this role requires exceptional leadership, relationship management, operational planning, and program execution skills within a complex law enforcement environment.
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
Bachelor's degree.
TWENTY (20) or more years of professional experience, including at least FIFTEEN (15) years supporting law enforcement personnel or law enforcement operations. Experience should include, but not be limited to:
Experience leading large-scale federal programs, including responsibility for contract implementation, personnel management, logistics, financial oversight, and program performance.
Experience serving as a primary interface with Government leadership, Contracting Officers, and Contracting Officer's Representatives.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, ensure compliance with contract requirements, and deliver results in a fast-paced operational environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across Government and Contractor organizations.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience supporting Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) or similar federal law enforcement organizations.
Experience operating within a joint law enforcement, interagency, or multi-agency environment.
Familiarity with federal acquisition, contract administration, and Government property management processes.
Experience supporting operational programs requiring coordination across headquarters, field offices, and external stakeholders.
Proven success leading geographically dispersed teams supporting mission-critical law enforcement operations.
