Role SummaryThe National Sales Manager is responsible for actively contributing to commercial strategy and ensuring strong in-field execution to achieve the strategic sales goals of J&J Saudi Arabia. The role leads sales planning, people management, field coaching, stakeholder engagement, and close cross-functional collaboration with marketing and other internal functions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strong MCPoA to maximize market output and ensure effective in-field execution.
- Conduct proactive and systematic market and competitor analysis to support sales target achievement and adjust field tactics as needed.
- Manage and control the departmental budget, ensuring expenditure remains aligned with the business plan.
- Train and develop the sales unit according to market requirements and company Credo values.
