The National Sales Manager -Switchgear will play a pivotal role in driving sales, achieving revenue targets, establishing strong relationships with key customers, and providing expertise to the customer. This position requires a blend of technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch solutions to our clients. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience: 5+ years of proven sales experience in related field preferably LV/MV switchgear.

  • Strong understanding of electric vehicle charging infrastructure and familiarity with relevant OEM products. OR Strong understanding of electrical systems and MV switchgear applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Travel: 25-50%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops and executes a strategic sales plan to achieve product sales targets.
  • Develops and executes sales strategies, manages customer relationships, and delivers exceptional service and solutions.
  • Executes GTM plan and provides insight to GTM team.
  • Analyzes data gathered through the organization to determine sales potential, industry segments to focus on and fast growth areas to maximize sales opportunities. Achieves maximum market penetration and attain the company’s sales growth and order intake objectives.
  • Prospects and engages with potential partners to expand the customer base.
  • Provides technical guidance and product knowledge to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and how they align with client needs.
  • Prepares and implements market strategies that are in line with FTI’s strategic plan and long-range forecasting sales model.
  • Collaborates with the product development and engineering teams to stay informed about product updates, enhancements, and new releases.
  • Collaborates with strategic marketing teams to create customer journeys and strategic launch plans for new products.
  • Prepares and delivers compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiates contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to address customer inquiries, resolves issues, and ensures a seamless customer experience.
  • Stays informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Performs other duties as required.
