About the Job
This role is a strategic partner to the Head of Sales (HoS) and the operational backbone of the Vaccines Sales organization in Vietnam. You will bridge strategy and execution, translating commercial direction into actionable plans and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across all channels. As the custodian of commercial intelligence and customer insights, you will enable informed decision-making, support field teams, and drive operational excellence across the end-to-end sales operating model.

Main Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Execution Excellence
- Translate sales and channel strategies into clear operational plans across private clinics, hospital chains, public hospitals, and pharmacies
- Drive execution of GTM strategies, new product launches, and portfolio expansion initiatives
- Lead quarterly and monthly sales planning cycles, ensuring alignment with annual objectives
- Implement sales productivity standards, territory optimization, and coverage models using data and market potential analysis
- Monitor execution quality and drive corrective actions to close performance gaps
Customer Insight & Commercial Intelligence
- Build structured customer insight and market intelligence frameworks to capture evolving customer needs and behaviors
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations to support decisions on targeting, resource allocation, and promotional investments
- Maintain regular engagement with key customers, KOLs, and key accounts to capture real-time intelligence
- Conduct performance deep-dives and root-cause analyses to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor key account dynamics (e.g. VNVC, Long Châu, national Tier-2 institutions) and provide strategic recommendations to HoS
Field Operations Planning & Enablement
- Represent the Head of Sales in customer, KOL, or scientific engagement events when required
- Lead sales performance and operational review meetings by channel, region, or customer
- Support Regional Sales Managers and Key Account Managers on planning, territory management, and execution deployment
- Ensure strong alignment between field activities and strategic priorities through regular field engagement and feedback loops
- Develop standardized planning tools and guidelines while enabling local adaptation
Sales Excellence & Capability Building
- Drive a continuous improvement culture through performance reviews and best-practice sharing
- Establish fair and transparent performance management frameworks
- Design and deploy sales tools such as call guides, value propositions, and objection-handling frameworks
- Optimize CRM and sales force automation to improve efficiency and data quality
- Support onboarding and capability development for new sales team members
About You
- Experience in commercial operations, sales excellence, or sales leadership within pharmaceuticals, vaccines, or healthcare
- Strong capability in translating strategy into execution and managing complex sales operations
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to convert data into clear business insights
- Experience working with key accounts, KOLs, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Clear communicator with strong stakeholder influencing skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field; MBA is an advantage
