Maintain positive working relationships and communications with Market Teams, RBDC Support Team, and RBNA contacts. Continuously look for ways to create efficiencies and optimization in all areas of RBDC routes in the market. 

Job Description

MANAGING EXPECTATIONS


· Leverage routing software to design and implement optimal routing solutions tailored to business markets.

· Coordinate project activities and timelines with the Route Manager to ensure seamless communication across all levels of RBDC.

· Collect, organize, and maintain essential customer information and relevant data related to the project.

· Work with General Sales Manager and Market Leadership Teams as knowledgeable resources in many areas, with emphasis in productivity improvements and route engineering, ensuring effective, efficient routes

· Provide trouble shooting, problem analysis, and technical support to the General Sales Managers and Market Leadership Teams as requested.

· Monitor and control projects through administrative direction to ensure projects are completed on scheduled timelines.

· Improve overall customer service in all markets

· Expected to use good and professional judgment at all times. Appropriately seek direction from the corrective upper management when assistance is needed.

· Ability to travel up to as needed. Travel estimated at 30%.

· Excellent problem-solving skills

· Comprehending the key aspects of data quality and effectively manipulating data to gain accurate insights

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

· Employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.

· Employee frequently is required to walk and sit.

· Employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

· Employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds as needed.

· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

· Exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions

· Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.


Qualifications

· A bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 5 to 7 years’ industry related experience

· 3 to 5 years of experience in the beverage market or similar inventory or warehouse operations environment

· Strong leadership skills to provide mentoring, training, or corrective feedback

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including being able to prepare presentation materials and present the information one-on-one and in a group

· Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel

· Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills

Additional Information

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

· Logistics experienced preferred

· Roadnet/Routing experience preferred
