To become the face-to-face point of contact for our largest most important customer, the role will be to co-ordinate delivery planning from the point of order to point of delivery.
Main Duties and Accountabilities
1. Accountable for the timely delivery of large projects.
2. Ensuring that costs are kept to a minimum and ensure that the delivery of equipment is aligned with all suppliers and customer’s needs.
3. Develop a project plan and ensure it is executed with all stakeholders internally and externally on boarded to the plan.
4. Identify any risks to any allocated project to be highlight to management for a commercial decision.
5. Ensure that the customer signs of on the agreed delivery plan and accepts the equipment in a timely fashion.
6. Ensure that key milestones are met and implement escalation plans immediately if a deviation for the plan is present.
7. Feedback continuous improvement plans to the relevant departments.

Required functional competencies / experience / qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to travel
- Experienced in the mateials handling sector
- IT Literate – including intermediate PowerPoint, MS Power Point and Excel and ideally Microsoft project
- Confident communicator to all levels of stakeholder both internally (e.g. Directors) and externally (e.g. customers)
- Commercial awareness is required
- Driven by results and have a strong focus on achieving deadline.
- Full driving license
