RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

  • Deliver the JBP – price, promotion, distribution, feature, NPD and brand content, to have a best-in-class execution plan in National Accounts
  • You will be accountable for the Customer P&L. As part of the team, you will need to contribute to deliver our Financial targets: NSV, GP, ROI, Value Share
  • Partner closely and build alignment with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Brand, Finance, Supply chain…
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers to ensure shoppers find our Brands. Elevate Customer voice internally to ensure creation of Insight-led plan
  • Negotiate to deliver Financial targets, Distribution & Visibility targets activating our Brands in the Accounts
  • Manage and deliver regular clear updates to key business processes e.g. monthly performance review, annual Bottom Up Plan creation, etc…
  • Complete pre and post evaluation of promotions & activities

  • Ability to form strong relationships, negotiate and influence best-in-class plans.
  • Experience managing National Accounts.
  • Manage key stakeholders across the business at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, analytical, presentation and communication skills.
  • Must be able to think creatively and develop strong activation plans that will drive rate of sale and distribution of our brands in the Accounts.
  • Be competent in using Powerpoint, Excel and forecasting/data tools.
