National Individual Insurance Specialist

What it’s like to be a Northbridge Regional Advanced Insurance Specialist

An essential member of the Group and Individual Insurance MGA team, you would be contributing to the growth of the Individual Insurance business. In other words, no two days are the same! You would get to see your work come to life by increasing production and promoting carrier parent products through proactive and reactive sales objectives.

You would be overseeing relationship with key partners, responding to requests to support the advisors on sales cases, practice managements for advisors that are aligned within the territory and will connect advisors to carrier partner resources, tools, and education platform to enhance the advisors’ success.

We will look to you to provide integrated Group Benefits sales and advice to clients referred by our broker network partners.  Your knowledge of Term, Whole Life, Universal Life, Living Benefits, and other Individual Insurance Products is just the value we are looking for to add to our team!

We want your talent

If you are great at:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key agency partner advisors, key brokers, and top producing advisors

• Provide recommendation on various products, comparisons and carrier options based on advisors’ requests

• Identify Cross-Selling opportunities for other lines of business; working collaboratively with colleagues to implement cross-Sell solutions

• Provide recommendations for training opportunities for our advisors

• Grow and build business with individual insurance referral prospects

If you have:

• Post-secondary education and/or equivalent on the job experience

• Life and A&S license

• Minimum 5-7+ years’ experience in the insurance industry

• Strong comfort level meeting with clients in an advisory capacity

• Strong knowledge of insurance trends
