We are looking for a Foodservice Field Sales Manager for ANZ based in our St Kilda Rd office in Melbourne. This role is responsible for the leadership and management of the one of the best Foodservice Field Sales Team/s across our industry.
The Key objective of this role is to ensure that McCain continues to be "First Choice in Foodservice" and delivers profitable market share in the categories McCain operates in, across the Australian and New Zealand Foodservice marketplace.
About the role

  • Lead a highly motivated, passionate team of Foodservice sales executives that service and partner the industry
  • Work with our team to develop a strategic business plans for key end-user business and pull through plans at RTM Distributor level
  • Ensure that our MWOW go to market platform is adhered to and executed with brilliance across our priority environment and sub environments
  • Optimise field capability be ensuring that all field team members are coached and supported in the McCain Selling System (MSS) to maximise impact with our customers
  • Working closely with the State Sales Managers to direct and optimise McCain trade investment and field teams to deliver winning outcomes for our customers and RTM Distributors
  • Drive execution of End-user AOC strategic plans and Distributor pull-through to achieve Distributor AOC
  • Develop strong relationships with key distributors to prioritise McCain as the top choice


About you

  • A knowledge of the Foodservice industry and/or relationships within the industry is preferred but not essential
  • A sound understanding of End-users and Distributors at all levels of the Foodservice Industry
  • Strong and proven leadership with a large field team covering a broad, de-centralised industry in B2B
  • Previous experience as a State Manager and/or Field Sales Manager or similar role is preferred, particularly in a Foodservice environment
  • Strong communication skills to drive success and foster development
  • Good organisational skills - efficiently schedule own time and activities to meet all project time frames
  • Desirable business degree with a proven track record in data analysis for strategic business growth
