How will you contribute to the team?

• Oversees capture efforts on major pursuits greater than $10M+, standalone pursuits $5M+, or other pursuits deemed strategic by Business Development leadership.
• Prioritizes capture resources to greatest competitive advantage.
• Coordinates capture activities with management team, Business Units, Business Development Managers, and Proposals.
• Achieves a 65% win rate on selections.
• Leads a limited number of pursuits as National Capture Manager.
• Hires, assigns, directs, and oversees national capture manager team.
• Provides strategic advice and insight on specific pursuits to Capture Managers.
• Holds regular Capture Manager meetings to discuss status against goals, share lessons learned from pursuits with outcomes, provide training, and offer a forum for Capture Managers to trade ideas and learn from each other.
• Works in close coordination with US/LATAM Capture and Proposals Director and Director of Proposals, ensuring collaborating across entire Capture and Proposals team.
• Participates in the Strategic Pursuits Senior Leadership Team, providing guidance, developing best practices, and sharing lessons learned.
• May occasionally lead pursuit accelerator or value proposition workshops, or coach teams for shortlist interviews.
• Contributes to capture procedures and training materials and supports Capture and Proposals Director with Persuasive Pursuits training program.
• Manages a stable of regional speaking coaches including negotiating contractual agreements, scheduling, and approval of payments.
