About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and communicative individual to join our Sales Team in the role of National Account Sales Support. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experience by coordinating cross-functional activities, monitoring the progress of orders and deliverables, and supporting the Team in exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Comply with the Order Coordination process to maximise invoicing opportunities while adhering to the Company’s policies.
- Ensure PI and OB top line and GP is always accurately represented in the Order Coordination spreadsheet and AS400.
- Facilitate the highest levels of communication with both internal and external stakeholders by providing accurate and timely answers to all enquiries, including communicating with customers at milestones of order progression.
- Ensure that AS400, the Lead Order Database, and the Order Coordinator spreadsheet is maintained and accurate at all times.
- Coordinate with Branches to ensure timely workshop processing and on-time delivery to customers.
- Hold Branches accountable for meeting delivery commitments and promptly escalate potential issues or delays.
