Husqvarna Construction is seeking a strategic, results-driven sales leader to grow and strengthen our National Accounts business. You’ll own high-value customer relationships, create long-term account strategies, and align cross-functional teams to deliver profitable growth and an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute three-year account roadmaps with annual revenue, pricing, market-share, and profitability targets.
- Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and negotiate pricing, rebates, and growth programs.
- Launch new products and programs through clear go-to-market plans, 90-day initiatives, and field execution.
- Use CRM, sales data, and market intelligence to forecast growth, monitor account health, and identify risks and opportunities.
- Lead executive and quarterly business reviews that turn insights into action.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and regional teams to expand product adoption and deliver a consistent customer experience.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years managing a large account portfolio.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- A strategic, self-directed approach with the ability to influence across teams and move quickly from plan to results.
- Experience with CRM, analytics, data management, business intelligence, and Microsoft applications.
- Market, product, and application knowledge within relevant construction-product categories.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Work Style
This is a road- or home-office-based role with regular client visits and 60–75% overnight travel, including approximately two to three strategic meetings each month.
