We're looking for a commercially driven professional to join our team and take ownership of a portfolio of Strategic and National Key. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-profile customers, drive revenue growth, and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across a national customer base.
What You'll Be Doing
As National Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing long-term customer partnerships while identifying opportunities to increase market share and revenue within existing accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing Strategic and National Key Accounts.
- Increasing share of wallet through account development, cross-selling, and retention strategies.
- Leading the onboarding and implementation of newly won national accounts.
- Developing and delivering customer account plans aligned with business objectives.
- Conducting regular business reviews and identifying growth opportunities.
- Collaborating with Internal Sales, Field Sales, and Service Teams to ensure consistent delivery across customer sites.
- Managing both direct and indirect routes to market.
- Driving customer satisfaction through effective sales and service strategies.
- Supporting the adoption of remote sales and service tools to improve efficiency and customer experience.
