Job Description:

What will you work on?
Seeking a detail-oriented and professional National Account Manager II with a proven ability to formulate sound business plans, maximize opportunities, manage risk, deliver on profitability goals, develop effective long-term business relationships, and exceed customer expectations.
How will you create impact?

  • This role is responsible for managing the Walmart account on a national level, driving business growth, improving profitability, and expanding market share within their portfolio.
  • Work with Walmart to develop account specific plans that maximize sales, profit, merchandising, distribution, market share and support trade promotion management, forecasting and promotions.
  • The responsibility focuses on growing sales, improving profit, optimizing operations & activating marketing initiatives for our brands at Walmart
  • Develop growth and investment strategy focused on assortment, innovation, content, and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within account to ensure customer satisfaction and partnership.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to proactively adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Support implementation of key Spin Master initiatives, while also prioritizing key customer initiatives.
  • Accountable for achieving sales targets, distribution, merchandising, and pricing objectives for assigned accounts.
  • Regularly report on account performance, sales forecasts, and key metrics to senior management. Use data and insights to make informed decisions and improve business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain and digital/eCommerce, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

What are your skills and experience?

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Preferably in Business or Marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience in major account management in the consumer goods industry, preferably with Walmart and/or the Toy industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing market share.
  • Strength in analytics, ability to analyze complex data and make strategic business decisions.
  •  Hands on knowledge of Retail Link and Scintilla.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Arkansas is $125,000 to $145,000 Per Annum. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
