The National Channel Manager manages strategic Value-Added Reseller partnerships, which generate revenue by developing and executing strategies and business plans to sell new and existing company services and products to business-to-business clients. This quota-carrying role is responsible for the accounts' strategy, growth, and forecasting.

What you'll do:

  • Build fiscal quarter and annual strategy

  • Build and strengthen relationships with partner leadership and stakeholder's business units

  • Develop and implement campaigns with Marketing and Sales to identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell accounts, increase the total number of end customers, and partner with the company.

  • Create strategic business plans with Marketing and Sales to win new business from existing customers.

  • Develop sales in a designated account base by working with partners to identify new sales opportunities.

  • Ensure continued enablement and updates on 8x8 product portfolio and 8x8 GTM Report on and manage annual strategy.

  • Recruit new partners into the partner program.

  • Coordinate and deliver training and onboarding programs for Partners to ensure sales readiness for company products and processes, including product and systems training.

  • Manage and serve as the escalation path for end customers and partners to ensure excellent customer experience.

  • Provide accurate and detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities to meet or exceed quota requirements.

What you bring:

  • 7-10 years of channel experience with 5+ years of related experience in a national channel position working with Value Added Resellers

  • Advanced understanding of 8x8’s  UCaaS and CCaaS solutions

  • Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation

  • Solid collaboration skills; experience leading initiatives with cross-functional teams preferred

  • Ability to forge strong relationships across various stakeholder business units and position us as a go-to partner

  • Highly detailed and process-oriented

  • Proven track record of success

  • Must be motivated, organized, self-starter, and be able to deal with ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment

The compensation range reflects the Company’s good faith belief at the time of posting. 8x8 has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Further, individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, knowledge, success, education and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including discretionary merit increases, bonus and/or stock. Certain roles have the opportunity to earn sales variable compensation incentives based on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.

Salary Ranges:

$173,250.00 - $288,750.00
