Role summary

We are seeking a Narrative Lead to play a critical role in raising the creative and copywriting bar across our in-house team. This is a heavyweight senior writing and storytelling role, combining deep copy craft with strong creative ideation, brand thinking, and narrative leadership.

The Narrative Lead shapes global brand stories, campaign platforms, and high-impact creative ideas for moomoo’s international markets. Working closely with Art Directors, Strategists, and senior stakeholders, this role helps define how the brand shows up across channels—translating complex financial concepts into clear, confident, and culturally resonant narratives.

What you'll work on
  • Lead creative ideation and narrative development for integrated campaigns across OOH, digital, social, OLV, and on-ground activations
  • Define and craft English-language brand narratives, campaign platforms, and hero messaging for global and regional markets
  • Translate complex financial products, market insights, and platform features into simple, compelling, and trustworthy stories
  • Partner closely with Art Directors and Strategists to shape end-to-end creative concepts, from initial idea through execution
  • Set and elevate standards for copy craft, storytelling, and narrative clarity across brand, campaign, and product touchpoints
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of brand voice, tone-of-voice frameworks, and narrative systems across international markets
  • Present, defend, and refine creative ideas with senior stakeholders and leadership, bringing clarity and conviction to narrative decisions
  • Mentor and influence other creatives through example, feedback, and creative leadership

RequirementsRequired qualifications
  • 8–12+ years of experience as an English copy-based creative within creative agencies or in-house brand/marketing teams, with demonstrated seniority at Creative Group Head, Associate Creative Director, or Creative Director level
  • An outstanding portfolio showcasing high-level conceptual thinking, campaign ideation, and exceptional English writing, produced for international and multi-market audiences
  • Proven ability to lead narrative and creative thinking, shaping campaign platforms and brand stories—not just executing copy
  • Proven experience developing and articulating brand identity systems and tone-of-voice frameworks for major brand-building initiatives
  • Strong experience concepting and writing performance-aware creative, balancing brand storytelling with channel-specific thinking—while remaining a creative, idea-led role,
  • Demonstrated expertise in integrated, multi-channel campaigns, with a clear understanding of how narratives adapt across formats and platforms
  • Deep storytelling skill, with the ability to simplify complex or technical subject matter without losing meaning, nuance, or credibility
  • Extensive experience in filmic storytelling, including TVC, digital films, and social video, from concept through execution
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

  • Experience working on fintech, finance, technology, or other regulated categories, with sensitivity to accuracy and compliance
  • Exposure to global or regional brand teams, including localisation or adaptation of ideas across markets
  • Experience collaborating with product, growth, or performance marketing teams in an in-house environment
  • Working knowledge of AIGC tools and AI-assisted creative workflows, applied thoughtfully to ideation and execution
