This listing is for one paid task in the Kled app: "Narrate What You Are Doing While You Do It". There is no interview and no minimum hours: download the app, open the task, and you are paid per accepted submission.

Accepted: One unbroken take, hands visible throughout, continuous speech describing the action as it happens.
Pay$2.60 per accepted clip. At a typical pace of about 7 minutes per clip, that is about $22 per hour. A 20-minute session of about 3 clips pays about $7.80. One clip of 3 to 5 minutes per submission. You are paid per accepted submission (piecework, independent contractor); submissions that break the rules are not paid. Payouts are made in the app (PayPal, Venmo or a Solana wallet).

Search "Narrate What You Are Doing While You Do It", read the brief and follow the on-screen steps.
Submit. Accepted submissions are paid in the app.
