Vous serez responsable de stimuler la croissance des plateformes GridION et PromethION auprès d’organisations universitaires, gouvernementales, biotechnologiques et de recherche clinique. Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devrez démontrer une excellente capacité de gestion stratégique des comptes, une bonne maîtrise technique ainsi qu’une aptitude à accompagner les clients dans des processus d’évaluation et d’achat complexes.
Il s’agit d’un poste à distance axé sur le travail terrain. Les candidats doivent être établis dans la région du Grand Montréal et être en mesure de voyager à travers le Québec et les provinces de l’Atlantique.

Gestion du territoire et des comptes
- Assumer la responsabilité commerciale d’un territoire stratégique à fort potentiel et atteindre les objectifs de croissance et de revenus.
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans stratégiques afin d’augmenter les installations d’instruments, les ventes de consommables et la valeur à long terme des clients.
Développement des comptes universitaires et gouvernementaux
- Développer des relations stratégiques avec les universités, instituts de recherche, organismes gouvernementaux et plateformes technologiques.
- Accompagner les groupes de recherche et les parties prenantes dans l’évaluation et l’adoption des plateformes Oxford Nanopore.
Développement des comptes en biotechnologie et recherche clinique
- Collaborer avec des organisations biotechnologiques et des institutions de recherche clinique afin de soutenir l’adoption des technologies Oxford Nanopore dans des applications translationnelles et précliniques.
- Accompagner les équipes multidisciplinaires des clients tout au long des processus d’évaluation et d’achat.
Gestion de ventes complexes

Formation requise

Oxford Nanopore Technologies is seeking an experienced, field-based commercial professional to drive adoption and growth of Oxford Nanopore sequencing technologies across Québec and Atlantic Canada. This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who thrives in complex scientific environments and enjoys building long-term strategic customer relationships.
You will be responsible for expanding adoption of the GridION and PromethION platforms within academic, government, biotech, and clinical research-focused organizations. Success in this role requires strong strategic account management, technical fluency, and the ability to navigate sophisticated scientific purchasing processes.
This is a remote, field-based position. Candidates must be based in the Greater Montréal area and able to travel throughout Québec and Atlantic Canada.
What You’ll Do
Territory & Account Management
- Own and grow a high-potential commercial territory with accountability for achieving revenue and growth targets.
