Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, full-time care for a newborn

  • Support feeding routines, diapering, naps, and overall daily structure

  • Monitor developmental milestones and implement age-appropriate activities

  • Engage in enriching, screen-free interaction and play

  • Take the child on walks and incorporate outdoor time

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for the child

  • Assist with light child-related housekeeping (bottles, laundry, tidying nursery)

  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding routines, progress, and needs

  • Adapt to evolving schedules as the family transitions back to work

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience as a career nanny, specifically with newborns/infants

  • Strong understanding of infant development and best practices

  • Warm, calm, and nurturing personality

  • Collaborative mindset with ability to follow parental guidance while offering expertise

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility to start earlier if needed)

 

Salary: $35–$45 per hour
