Job DescriptionNAND array algorithm development and performance/reliability engineering
Job Purpose: Develop NAND array algorithms with a focus on performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve fab processes to meet target margins
- Set device conditions for performance/reliability specs
- Issue design change requests to achieve goals
- Address issues found in testing and qualification
- Create test flows to identify failures
- Build physics models to analyze device behavior
- BS in Electrical Engineering (PhD preferred)
- 2+ years’ experience in NAND or reliability/product engineering
- Strong self-motivation and problem-solving skills
The compensation range for this role is $159,360 - $255,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
Working Conditions: Full-time hybrid in San Jose CA; at least 3 days per week onsite.
