This role serves as a finance business partner to Major Correctives operating leaders, providing financial visibility, analytical insights, and operational decision support to help improve business performance and customer outcomes. The analyst will support weekly pacing, monthly close activities, root cause analysis on standard cost variances, KPI reporting, and performance insights across the Major Correctives portfolio.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Serve as a finance business partner to key operating leaders within the NAM Major Correctives organization, supporting decision-making across MCU and Blades scope.
- Support weekly pacing activities for Major Correctives, helping monitor in-period cost performance and operational trends.
- Perform root cause analysis on variances to standard cost, translating findings into clear business insights and recommendations.
- Support the monthly close process across MCU and Blades, including reporting, variance analysis, and coordination with relevant finance and controllership stakeholders.
- Analyze drivers of KPI variance to plan focused on MCU & Blade Cost Per Job and other operational execution, improving visibility into business performance and trade-offs.
- Help establish and drive standard financial reporting processes to improve operational visibility and consistency across the region.
- Evaluate business trade-offs such as job cost efficiency, standard cost performance, liquidated damages exposure, availability considerations, crane and labor sourcing opportunities, and vendor recovery opportunities.
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, controllership, HQ FP&A, and Services finance to ensure accurate reporting, clear visibility, and aligned financial narratives.
- Manage and interpret data from multiple systems to support analysis, pacing, reporting, and business decision-making.

Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or operations finance, including variance analysis and close processes

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $95,300.00 and $158,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
