- Maintains and increases knowledge of nail treatments.
- Presents a professional, well groomed appearance
- Works effectively with co-workers, customers and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner
- Ensure all equipment and products are maintained and used in a proper manner
- Provide professional nail services, including gel, gel removal, manicures, pedicures, paraffin
- Provide hand and foot massages
- Utilize and market all retail products for guests
- Provide all treatments offered in the spa menu, according to protocol with skill, proficiency and following all local and/or state regulations
Qualifications for nail technician
Provide outstanding customer service
- Set up, utilize, operate, clean and sanitize all equipment
- Assesses indications of guest that may prevent service from taking place
- Deliver high quality treatment experiences to spa guests
- Must hold a current West Virginia cosmetology or nail technician license
Skills Required
- Current West Virginia cosmetology or nail technician license
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to set up, operate, clean, and sanitize equipment
