Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
1) Drive Smart Services KPI achievement across Technical Providers (TPs) by monitoring programme performance, analysing operational data, identifying performance gaps, and implementing targeted corrective actions to ensure KPIs are consistently achieved.
2) Govern programme execution and compliance across all NADI centres by ensuring adherence to the approved programme calendar (“Takwin”), tracking implementation progress, and working with TPs and NADI operators to address gaps and non-compliance
3) Drive participation and NADI member engagement by analysing attendance, participation trends and user feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing initiatives to increase programme reach, utilisation and effectiveness.
4) Coordinate end-to-end Smart Services delivery by acting as the key interface between internal teams, TPs, NADI operators, MCMC and other stakeholders to ensure alignment, timely execution and effective resolution of operational issues.
5) Build and maintain effective working relationships with MCMC, TPs, NADI operators, and other relevant stakeholders, facilitate issue resolution, operational escalation management, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance programme outcomes.
