NA Senior Finance Leader

As a Finance Leader for our Measurement Systems & Solutions North America business, based in Houston, TX, you will play a critical role in shaping financial performance, strengthening business insights, and enabling strategic decision-making across a dynamic and growing portfolio. This highly visible role partners closely with regional and global leaders to deliver rigorous financial planning, clear performance visibility, and strong operational discipline. By combining analytical depth with a collaborative, people-focused leadership approach, you will help drive sustainable growth, improve profitability, and support transformational initiatives across the business.

You transform financial information into business intelligence through analysis and integration of quantitative and qualitative information. You identify and monitor key financial indicators to gauge performance, identify trends, and suggest strategies that can impact results. You focus on highest priorities and set aside less critical tasks. You lay out a thorough schedule and list steps for achieving objectives. You create and implement plans that allocate resources precisely. You look for obstacles and develop excellent contingency plans. You use milestones to diligently track and manage the progress of the work. You consult with a wide network of internal and external connections. You connect the right people to accomplish goals. You work through formal and informal channels to build broad-based relationships and support.
