You’re not the person who will settle for just any role. Neither are we. Because we’re out to create Better Care for a Better World, and that takes a certain kind of person and teams who care about making a difference. Here, you’ll bring your professional expertise, talent, and drive to building and managing our portfolio of iconic, ground-breaking brands. In this role, you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world. It starts with YOU.

In this role you will:

  • Execute time-sensitive HR transactions in Workday and UKG, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. Track cases through the case management system and meet agreed turnaround times.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for HR teams, employees, and managers on Workday business processes, offering navigational support, education, and promoting self-service when possible.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements. Collaborate with other global HR partners to address risks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain updated process documentation in accordance with local legislation and internal policies.
  • Drive process standardization across North America in alignment with the HR Operating Model.
  • Monitor HR operational metrics, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and process efficiency targets.
  • Partner with local Talent Business Partners to support business objectives and people strategy.
  • Provide responsive, high-quality service to employees and managers.
  • Collaborate with external vendors such as Benefits, Payroll, and HR service providers.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Legal Department and HR Operations team members to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

About You

You perform at the highest level possible, and you appreciate a performance culture fueled by authentic caring.  You want to be part of a company actively dedicated to sustainability, inclusion, wellbeing, and career development.

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in HR Operations, HR service delivery, or a comparable role involving hands-on HR transactions.

  • Experience working with an HRIS or comparable enterprise system to complete HR business processes.
  • Availability to work on site at the manufacturing facility.
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, relationship-building, and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across a matrixed or dual-team environment.
  • Adaptability, learning agility, and comfort operating through change and ambiguity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on Workday transactional experience, including initiating, progressing, or completing HR business processes
  • Experience using UKG, particularly for time and attendance activities.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or another HR case-management platform
  • Previous experience supporting a manufacturing site or frontline workforce.
  • Exposure to benefits, payroll, or time-and-attendance processes, including coordination with external service providers. Benefits experience is helpful but not mandatory.
