Attends to Mynt internal stakeholders’ (Scale and Business Verticals) research needs independently with the guidance from MR Head / Manager

Meets with internal stakeholders’ to discuss details of proposed projects.

Manages internal stakeholders’ expectations (e.g., progress update)

Recommends appropriate research projects/programs based on internal stakeholders’ business issues and insight needs

Prepares proposals for projects using customized research methodologies and well thought framework

Designs respondent friendly questionnaires based on agreed proposal / SLA

Conducts qualitative fieldwork (FGD, minigroups, IDI, observation / immersion)

Conducts secondary data research

Writes reports based on research, internal data and available secondary data.

Collaborates and develops consultative relationship with Scale and Business Verticals

Manages research projects conducted through 3rd party suppliers
