You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
How you will contribute
As a Specialist or Junior Specialist in DACH (AT/DE/CH) Payroll in Mondelēz International Business Services, you will be an important part of our team responsible for smooth and accurate service operations. You will bring your in-depth knowledge of payroll to ensure that our service agreements are met and processes are streamlined.
Your tasks:
- Willingness to cooperate and handle the monthly salary run for approx. 600 employees, including expats
- Joint responsibility for the interfaces to the pension fund and financial accounting
- Contact person for employees, authorities and insurance companies in wage and social security issues
- Control and processing of continued payment of wages in the event of absences
- Implementation of year-end processes (e.g. preparation of salary statements and settlements with social/personal insurance companies, including auditing)
- In case of suitability and interest, cooperation in complex tax issues of expat taxation, as well as in employee participation
- Invoice processing

- Knowledge of your specific process area
- Working in a shared services organization
- Be a good team player and be able to influence others
- Process design and mapping as well as experience in capturing business requirements
- Effective communication, application of social skills and self-initiative
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training with several years of relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification
- Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken)
- Professional experience from other countries is also very welcome, especially DACH region /AT/DE/CH).
- Good knowledge of SAP/HCM
- Confident handling of the common MS Office programs is required, especially Excel
- You have an independent, structured and self-reliant way of working as well as a strong hands-on mentality
- You are characterized by commitment, resilience and flexibility
- You have a high level of communication skills and organizational skills

Work locations: Bucharest, Prague or Warsaw
Hint: The future responsibility for the DACH region will take place gradually and includes the support of payroll activities in Switzerland and Germany. Appropriate training and induction are guaranteed.
