Overview: 

We are seeking a motivated Trainee, IT Integrations Analyst based in Ags, Mexico to support the North America HRI (HR Integration) and SSO (Single Sign-On) services team. This role will work closely with our team leaders and the broader Integrations team to assist with daily operational activities, subscriber implementations, troubleshooting, testing, validation, and customer support activities. This position is intended to provide additional North America time zone coverage and help scale integration delivery while reducing operational dependency on senior technical leaders.  

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic SQL knowledge
• SFTP and secure file transfer concepts
• API fundamentals (REST, JSON, XML)
• Database concepts and data management
• Identity management or authentication concepts
• HRIS, Workday, Entra ID, Okta, Keycloak, or similar technologies
• General IT support or troubleshooting experience

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with HRI and SSO implementation activities
• Support integration testing, validation, and troubleshooting
• Monitor and investigate file delivery and processing issues
• Perform data reviews and mapping validation
• Help respond to subscriber support requests and escalations
• Assist with documentation and knowledge management
• Coordinate implementation activities across internal and external teams
• Support integration cutovers, migrations, and maintenance activities
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior integration leaders as needed

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field. A completed degree and official university diploma are required.

Success Profile

The ideal candidate is not expected to be an expert in integrations on day one. More important than technical experience is a strong desire to learn, effective communication skills, critical thinking, and the willingness to take ownership of problems and see them through to resolution. Technical knowledge can be taught; curiosity, initiative, and a strong work ethic are essential.
