Role and Responsibilities
- Managing Assets: gathering, localizations, approval with legal team and HQ, sharing with agencies and partners, checking buyout deadlines. Providing of all needed assets for different products, campaigns, assets downloading from file sharing systems.
- Support marketing project managers, creative agencies and partners with the latest information about available assets and timelines
- Cooperate with PR, media and Creative agencies for texts localisations and visual materials preparation
- Communicating closely with Key Account Managers on partner’s campaign progress, collecting evidence of campaign implementation with screenshots of Web pages and other channels for reporting (PPT and Excel format)
- Being responsible for marketing campaigns toolkits preparation
- Responsible for brand guidelines. Align all campaign visuals and submit visuals to the brand visual identity system
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in project management, involving system management, preferably with Sales & Marketing background or Higher education in marketing, communication or related field
- Ability to work under pressure, maintain speed, change direction when required and work on a range of projects at the same time
- Fluency in English and Latvian
- Organized and structured personality
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
- Open minded, positive and independent personality
