Job Summary

As an MWR Supervisor, you will be responsible for conducting recreational activities/programs/events and surveys to determine camp recreational needs. Your role includes ensuring cleanliness standards are maintained in all facilities related to MWR. You will also adhere to Performance Work Statement (PWS) and WI Procedures to include those for MWR, Key Control, Quality, Safety, Property and others. You’ll ensure sufficient quantity of cleaning supplies/consumables is on hand to keep facilities in proper condition. You’ll submit and track Work Orders to ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards. You’ll submit Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, & Annual Reports as required.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise MWR staff in the operation and maintenance of the Community Center, Fitness Centers and Athletic Fields.
• Coordinate/Supervise recreational and sporting activities, such as unit level competitive sports, fun runs and holiday celebrations.
• Provide scheduling to ensure 24/7 coverage of all MWR Facilities.
• Oversee and arrange maintenance of Athletic Fields, Horseshoe pits, Volleyball Courts, Basketball Courts & Multipurpose Fields.
• Oversee and arrange maintenance of all MWR equipment, order parts/materials as needed to maintain equipment.

Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

• Strong Organizational skills
• Competent in the use of the Microsoft suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• 3 Years’ Experience in a supervisory role
• 3 years’ Experience in providing excellent “Customer Service”.
• Exhibits a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• A sufficient level of English is required in accordance with the level of the position.
• Detail-oriented with excellent work ethics.
• Demonstrates effective communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of project management and within various departments.
• Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages. 

Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

•            CPR and first aid certification is preferred.

•            Trained and certified in AED, CPR and basic first aid.
