Job DescriptionWe are offering an immediate opening for an mVAS Product Operations Assistant based in our Ho Chi Minh office. The vacancy is ideal for an enthusiastic, energic and versatile person, who is ready to show his or her value in the fast and constantly changing industry. You should possess excellent communication skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks together with cross-functional collaboration.
YOUR MAIN DUTIES:
- Handle customer support inquiries and complaints professionally via email; process refunds when necessary.
- Manage and maintain website content, ensuring the portal is fully functional, updated, and free from bugs or errors.
- Contribute to technical initiatives, including product ideas and AI-driven automation to improve team productivity.
- Leverage AI automation tools and integrate APIs or outsourced solutions to enhance website content and operations.
- Maintain and update internal process documentation, ensuring cross-functional teams are informed of changes.
- Assist and support the product team with relevant presentation materials and other documentation as needed.
- Coordinate with Sales and Business teams in weekly meetings, providing updates and support.
- Liaise with different departments to improve internal performance and work efficiency, and forward all feedback/ suggestions/recommendations for improvement
- Act as second-in-command to the Operations Executive, and take care of all duties in her absence.
- English fluency in both verbal and written communications is a must
- At least one year working experience in project or operations support, but fresh graduates with a background in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Technology or related fields are also welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace
