The UMB Registered Fund team manages the daily accounting, tax, audit, administration, and operational tasks for mutual fund and collective trust clients.
As the Alternative Institutional Inst. Specialist II, you will interface with the National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC) to process mutual fund trades in the Transfer Agency System. This role is hybrid (4 days on-site) for candidates in the Milwaukee area.
How you will spend your time:
- Establish brokers on the TA system
- Process commission and 12b 1 payments
- Resolve exceptions relating to NSCC settlements
- Ensure accurate cash movements
- Work closely with brokers, client personnel and various internal departments to process work accurately and on a timely basis and to resolve problems
- Other duties as assigned

Compensation Range:
