Mutual Fund Administrator

This is a hybrid role (three days in the office/two days remote).

About your team:

The Marketing department at Interactive Brokers Group seeks a Mutual Fund Administrator to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment. 

What will be your responsibilities within IBKR: 

• Increasing access to our existing mutual fund offering.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with fund families.
• Effectively managing and growing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Leading and serving as a liaison for cross-functional teams comprised of colleagues from Business, Technology, Legal, Compliance and Operations.
• Identifying problems and championing solutions.
• Becoming the subject matter expert for inquiries

 Which skills are required:

• Bachelor's Degree. Preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Project Management.
• 2+ years in Financial Services or a Project Management role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills; must be an effective communicator and influencer.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; ability to exercise independent judgment when needed
• Comfortable and effective working in a team setting and independently.
• Demonstrates strong ability to write clearly and concisely.
• High degree of comfort, fluency with computers and technology, and an understanding of how technology is applied to business solutions
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
