Job Description
Sales
Growing Red Bull in the On Premise by gaining new accounts
Protecting current accounts with engaging On Premise and Marketing tools
Achieving the Red Bull High 5 in all accounts
Educate & motivate distribution partners to achieve Red bull brand and volume targets
Marketing
Should positively and professionally represent the company and brand at all times, with a style which is relaxed but professional, informal yet commercial Work with regional field marketing teams to activate Red Bull brand properties in key on trade outlets
Adds value & creates excitement through creative use of advertising & promotions
Social
Actively build and maintain networks with opinion leaders from the On Premise industry
Develop strong relationships with all On Premise customers and fellow Musketeers Seen as an expert in the On Premise
Person
Passion for working in the On Premise
Strong negotiator and results-focused
Strong communication skills at all levels
Self-motivated, ambitious and able to manage time and workload to optimize effectiveness and efficiency
An entrepreneurial ’can do’ attitude
Qualifications
Outstanding local market knowledge, contacts and experience in “the scene”.
Good communication skills, ability to manage and cultivate good relationships.
Negotiation and Objection Handling skills. Has a basic understanding of commercial math.
Must be proficient in EDV (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
Well connected to key figures within the bar and nightclub scene either through previous work experience or personal connections
Solid understanding of the local On-Premise industry
