What You’ll Do
Support merchandising initiatives, special projects, research efforts, and pop-up activations
Maintain ongoing communication by following up with clients and vendors as needed
Track and organize sales pitches from initial outreach through closing and execution
Attend internal and external meetings, providing the Music Partnerships team with detailed notes and clear action items
Develop proficiency in key platforms used by Complex, including Klaviyo, Algolia, Shopify, and Airtable
Create compelling presentation decks tailored for music partners
Input and maintain data into company tools such as Airtable, Salesforce and Slack
Support multiple daily product launches by working closely with the E-Commerce, Customer Service, and Content teams to ensure complete and accurate product information is available to all
Communicate effectively with partners and internal teams to find timely solutions to resolve issues and challenges
