Pay Rate: Range $3000 to $3200 Weekly Gross Pay based on a 36-hour work week (Includes Non-taxable
travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Shifts available: Days
Schedule: 40 hours/week guaranteed, Any 4 days of the week, weekends TBD, 8 to 10 days of On-call in a month
- Cath Lab Tech experience: 2+ years - Required
- Interventional Radiology experience: 2+ years current - Required
- Experience with heart
caths, PCI, IABP insertions, STEMI call, IVUS/IFR and interventional radiology
cases - Required
- Experience
with Cerner - Preferred
- Prior Travel experience –
Preferred
- ARRT - Required
- Illinois Rad Tech License - Required
- AHA BLS, ACLS Certifications - Required
- Covid Vaccination Proof - Required
Job Description:
- Perform heart caths, PCI, IABP insertions, STEMI call, IVUS/IFR and
interventional radiology cases
- Acting as the first point of contact for
referrals and patients
- Attending patient consultations
- Performing initial examinations and
patient assessments
- Making recommendations to the referring
physician, the patient, and patient’s family under the guidance of
the interventional radiologist
- Performing daily rounds and communicating
patient progress to the medical staff and the radiologist
- Other duties as assigned
- Patient population: Adult and Geriatric
Skills Required
- Cath Lab Tech experience: 2+ years
- Interventional Radiology experience: 2+ years current
- Experience with heart caths, PCI, IABP insertions, STEMI call, IVUS/IFR and interventional radiology cases
- Experience with Cerner
- Prior Travel experience
- ARRT certification
- Illinois Radiologic Technologist License
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
- COVID-19 vaccination proof
