AIG Multinational is an exciting business area within AIG that designs, implements and services bespoke multinational insurance solutions for our global customers, empowering our clients and broker partners to navigate complex cross-border risks with confidence and consistency. AIG Multinational professionals have the diverse skills and expertise necessary to deliver customized, compliant and seamless solutions that support our clients’ risk management objectives. You can work alongside a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team to explore and deliver new solutions to meet our customers’ global insurance needs.


How you will create an impact

Manages all aspects of Producing/Issuing Office service delivery for multinational accounts in Puerto Rico and Caribbean countries, including:

  • Manage Omega End to End Process for all Puerto Rico & Caribbean accounts as Producing Office and Issuing Office

  • Lead and manage the NAC Accounts (Captive and Non-Captive Insureds) portfolio as Producing and Issuing Office

  • Assisting underwriters by providing technical support / program design on multinational programs

  • Work closely with Multinational Network stakeholders to validate new developments in their territories that could impact MN Programs.

  • Expertise with Multinational platforms (MN Xpress, MN Xplore, Omega, MN Xchange, Power BI)

  • Ensures delivery of the highest quality of service to both brokers and clients on the portfolio of accounts

  • Supervises and performs work to ensure incoming requests and creation of Programs are processed within service levels and in adherence to guidelines

  • Responsible for the deployment of country, regional and global multinational initiatives

  • Monitors production and ensures requests are processed within service level agreements

  • Responsible for process and workflow management that meet standards in terms of timeliness, customer service, compliance, and quality.

  • Ensures effective utilization of resources.

  • Responsible for staffing, expenses, and quality and production goals for the unit.

  • Reviews, evaluates and processes requests in accordance with standard Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Responds to client, broker and Requesting/Producing Office queries on territorial regulations and program structure.

  • Ensures compliance with internal and external guidelines.

  • Prepares quotation slip/draft policy according to global program.

  • Prepares booking sheets, policy issuance documents and tracking documentation.

  • Serves as a team resource for the resolution of escalated issues.

  • Monitors and solves service issues.

  • Completes OMeGA status updates within SLAs. Update un-issued tracking report on weekly basis.

  • Serves as the MN Knowledge Champion for the scope of territories.

  • Function as trainer for other staff.

  • Any other related project or tasks.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • This position is suitable for candidates with experience in the insurance industry.

  • Knowledge of commercial insurance distribution and different distribution methods. 

  • Proven relationship management skills and a track record of achieving exceptional sales results.

  • Proven ability in developing and executing sales and distribution plans.

  • Strong commercial skills in analyzing; planning; strategy; key relationships; and performance management.

  • Awareness of legal and compliance issues.

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish).
