Role Essence
Marsh People and Investments has a great opportunity for a senior sales and account management professional to join one of the leading teams in the industry. The role, part of a fast growing, high performing team, will be required to support and grow a portfolio of some of the Dutch market’s leading Multinationals. Supporting the global and local needs of these clients will require strong sales and client management skills, as well a deep understanding of local and global Rewards, Pensions and Benefits challenges. Being comfortable in a matrix environment, working with key specialists and acting as a solution architect for your clients will be a key element of your role.
Objectives
- Partner with and grow client relationships within a portfolio of Dutch headquartered multinational clients.
- Identify new clients and uncover new opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to Global Rewards and Benefits leaders
- Establish and maintain client relationships and networks with key contacts in Global Reward and Benefits, including C-suite executives
- Manage strategic client plans and bring together cross disciplinary client teams to deliver for clients
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience and network in the Global and/or Dutch rewards and benefits market.
- Fluent English working proficiency; Dutch language skills preferred.
- Proven sales and key account management experience.
- Strong drive and motivation to succeed.

Doelstellingen
- Samenwerken met en het laten groeien van klantomzet binnen een portfolio van multinationale klanten.
- Nieuwe klanten identificeren en nieuwe kansen voor cross-selling en upselling signaleren.
- Optreden als strategische sparringpartner op het gebied van Global Rewards en Benefits.
- Het hebben en onderhouden van een netwerk met sleutelposities op het gebied van Global Rewards en Benefits, inclusief toegang tot C-level contacten.
- Strategische klantplannen beheren en multidisciplinaire klantenteams samenbrengen om resultaten voor de klanten te leveren.
Vereiste vaardigheden en kwalificaties
- Ervaring en netwerk in de wereldwijde en/of Nederlandse markt binnen rewards en benefits.
- Vloeiende beheersing van het Engels in en kennis van de Nederlandse taal is een pré.
- Aantoonbare ervaring in sales en key accountmanagement.
- Sterke gedrevenheid en motivatie om te slagen.
