This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: Multimedia Specialist

This role will be strategically handling all multimedia projects of Talent Acquisition group supporting Manila and India hiring initiatives. This role will be reporting to the Sr Manager for Talent Branding and is on a WFH arrangement for now unless otherwise return to office is required by the company. 

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

• Graphic Arts, able to conceptualize, design and execute visual art materials according to marketing brief using Adobe Photoshop and other available tools; adept on design trends; adept on specs and design requirements for common digital platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Display, etc

• Video Editing and Animation, able to conceptualize, design and produce videos and animation according to marketing brief using available tools

• Basic HTML programming skill, able to design email templates using basic programming skills or use of template tools 

• Branding, able to understand, follow and execute designs following approved branding guidelines; able to audit materials to ensure compliance with company’s branding guidelines

• Stakeholder Management, able to coordinate with internal clients to work on job request and alignment on project brief

• Photography and Videography, with experience in handling camera for photography and videography; able to assist the team in content creation through creative execution

• Job Order Management, able to manage and monitor all job requests using a ticketing system and ensure timely delivery of requests based on SLA

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in graphic design

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably in Art/

• Design/ Creative Multimedia, Advertising/ Media, Marketing or equivalent

• Extensive knowledge of the use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier)

• Average communication and collaborative skills

• Understanding of the video production process is a plus

• With knowledge of Social Media Platforms and Prints

• Goal oriented and a team player

• Willing to work on extended hours from time to time and has sense of urgency

• Willing to work from home and eventually report to office

• With outstanding home internet connectivity to support tasks and projects

• Willing to once in awhile do offsite meetings and projects as required
