What You’ll Do

The Multimedia Specialist leads the development, execution, and performance of all outward-facing content for the bank. This role is responsible for shaping how the bank presents itself across digital and traditional channels, including website, social media, email marketing, advertising, and public relations. This individual serves as the primary driver of the bank’s external voice and visual identity, creating clear, compelling, and compliant content that builds brand awareness, strengthens client relationships, and supports growth.

Responsibilities Include

  • Lead the creation, editing, and publishing of all external marketing content, including website copy, blogs, email campaigns, advertisements, and social media
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent and strategic messaging across all external channels
  • Translate banking products, services, and initiatives into clear, engaging, and compliant client-facing content
  • Design and produce graphics for digital and print marketing materials
  • Develop and edit video content for campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling
  • Maintain consistency with brand standards and accessibility guidelines across all creative assets
  • Oversee and maintain website content, including updates, landing pages, and optimization
  • Direct execution of the bank’s social media presence, including posting, messaging, and engagement
  • Develop and manage email marketing content to support campaign performance
  • Serve as the steward of brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all external communications
  • Produce press releases and external storytelling that enhance the bank’s reputation and community presence
  • Monitor and evaluate content performance across all external channels
  • Apply insights to refine content strategy and improve engagement and conversion
  • Ensure all external content adheres to regulatory and compliance standards

What You’ll Need to be Successful

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or communications
  • Strong sense of accountability and initiative
  • Creative, strategic, and results-oriented
  • Self-starter who operates effectively with minimal oversight
  • High attention to detail and brand consistency

Pay Range (Salary): $70,304.00 - $93,000.00/year
