Job DescriptionThe multimedia specialist leads and contributes to a high-performing creative team specializing in video production, 3D-design, and photography. This role blends strategic leadership with content creation—guiding go-to-market planning, managing multi-channel asset development, and producing compelling brand and product videos from concept through post-production.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of multimedia content creators to ensure high-quality creative output and professional development.
- Plan, produce, and edit brand and product videos including motion graphics and 3D from concept through post-production.
- Manage multiple multimedia projects and team workflows using project management tools to meet deadlines and priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute multimedia assets aligned with brand, product, and marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute multimedia strategies and go-to-market plans that support product launches and campaign initiatives.
- Oversee creative quality and brand consistency across all multimedia content and platforms.
- Research and apply emerging industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance creative execution.
- Bachelor's degree in video production, motion graphics or related field required or have 8 years of commensurate experience.
- Minimum 5 years successful experience in video production
- Minimum 2-3 year’s experience in leading, providing direction and managing project workload of multimedia team.
- Basic understanding and utilization of project management software such as Hive.
- Working experience in video production tools such as: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Final Cut Pro, and 3D Max.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge and experience of the digital creative and design process.
- Direct experience in developing videos from conception to going live.
- Possess and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures of multimedia field to the completion of difficult assignments. Assignments are broad in nature requiring originality and ingenuity.
- Demonstrates in-depth comprehensive knowledge and the ability to resolve complex issues. Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Operates with substantial latitude for reviewed action or decision. Provides guidance to others.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft 365 suite, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Must be comfortable using a PC for design work.
