Marketing Division is looking for a Multimedia Producer to join our Creative team.
A Multimedia Producer is responsible for creating, managing, and delivering multimedia content that combines various forms of media, such as video, audio, graphics, and animation.

This role oversees the planning, and execution of multimedia content to support a variety of projects, campaigns, and platforms including social media, quick-turn video and iteration of previously produced video assets through a variety of media including video, audio, photography, animation and motion graphics. The Multimedia Producer reports to Creative Studio Director within the Marketing Department and is responsible for managing end-to-end production processes, ensuring quality standards, and meeting project goals and deadlines. This role is hybrid/remote Midvale, Utah.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce engaging multimedia content, including quick-turn videos, social stories, event recaps
  • Design and animate graphics, titles, and transitions to enhance video content
  • Help edit video projects in a way that accomplishes business objectives according to creative briefs
  • Source soundtracks and stock imagery and videography as needed in support of campaigns
  • Manage production timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and maintain clear communication throughout the production process
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging best practices, software, and tools
  • Work closely with videographers, designers, writers, content team and paid media marketers, to align multimedia content with broader campaign strategies

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in video editing, motion graphics, and animation software (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Demonstrate design and typography aesthetics
  • Strong storytelling abilities with a focus on visual and auditory communication
  • Consistent positive attitude toward day-to-day work colleagues
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of platform-specific requirements for video and multimedia content
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledgeable and interested in exploring emerging AI tools to help create better quality outputs with greater speed and efficiency

Education & Years of Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Production, Film, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in multimedia production or a similar role with demo reel

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $63,900 -- $95,900 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location. 

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
