About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Producer/Editor to join our content and creative team. This role is ideal for a visual storyteller who can take projects from concept through delivery; producing, shooting, editing, and creating compelling motion graphics that engage audiences across digital, social, marketing, and corporate channels.
The ideal candidate combines strong production expertise with a designer's eye, understands modern content trends, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are equally comfortable operating a camera on set, editing in post-production, creating motion graphics, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing multiple deadlines independently.
Experience working within a corporate environment is essential, with the ability to balance creativity, brand standards, stakeholder feedback, and business objectives.
What You Will Do
A. Core Editing Skills
- Video Editing Proficiency - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Davinci Resolve and experience delivering content across digital, social, web, broadcast, and internal communications channels
- Storytelling Ability - Can identify the strongest narrative from raw footage, transform complex topics into compelling visual stories, and edit with audience objectives and business goals in mind
- Technical Post-Production - Media organization and project management, proxy workflows, and exporting/delivery for multiple platforms and formats
B. Motion Graphics Skills
- Adobe After Effects - Animation of typography and graphic elements, logo animation, lower thirds and title package creation, corporate presentation graphics, social media animations, kinetic typography, and shape layer animatio
- Motion Design Fundamentals - Understanding of timing and spacing, principles of animation, visual hierarchy, composition and layout, typography best practices, brand consistency, and use of transitions that support storytelling

C. Design Competency

- 5-8 years professional experience, preferably from a creative agency, in-house brand studio, corporate communications team, production company, or media organization
