This role is responsible for creating high-quality visual and multimedia assets to support training programs and learning initiatives. The position focuses on graphic design, video production, and digital content creation to enhance the clarity, engagement, and effectiveness of training materials.
The role supports the service training team by transforming technical and non-technical information into clear, visually compelling materials, including graphics, videos, and web-based content. In addition, the role contributes to the development of structured training content and digital learning materials.
This position will be based in India with no travel requirements. To ensure effective collaboration with key stakeholders in North America, the role will operate on a night shift aligned with Toronto (Eastern Time) working hours, enabling real-time communication and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality graphics, diagrams, and visual assets to support technical training materials
- Create and edit illustrations and infographics to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts
- Develop and edit training videos, including animations, voiceovers, post-production, and recording of on-demand eLearning sessions
- Develop structured training programs (modules, courses, and certifications) aligned with defined learning objectives
- Create engaging, interactive, and effective technical training materials—including manuals, PowerPoint presentations, eLearning modules, assessments, handouts, and procedures—in alignment with selected training methods
- Create and manage digital training content within LMS platforms and web-based learning portals
- Update and maintain all training documentation, ensuring content is current, version-controlled, and properly organized
- Collaborate with the service training team and subject matter experts to translate technical information into effective visual and instructional content
- Ensure all materials comply with branding guidelines and maintain visual and instructional consistency
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs within established timelines
Role Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- Experience supporting training or instructional content development is considered an asset
- Proven experience in graphic design and multimedia content creation
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, video production, and storytelling capabilities
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar)
- Experience in video production and editing, including animation and post-production
- Ability to create and modify diagrams and visual assets to support technical and training content
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital content platforms is an asset
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on visual clarity and consistency
- Ability to collaborate effectively with service training teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in technical or industrial environments (e.g., HVAC, pumps, controls, IoT) is an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadline
