Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle
Turn your creativity into unforgettable experiences as NFM’s Multimedia Developer I, where you’ll bring bold ideas to life through photography, videography, post-production and animation. Join a collaborative team where you can grow your skills, explore new creative tools and produce engaging content that connect customers and team members across NFM. This is a hybrid position that combines the flexibility of remote work with opportunities for onsite collaboration as business needs require.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life
- Capture: Produce basic video and photography projects, including video b-roll, product shots, store photography, employee photos, training videos, social videos, internal corporate communications and other projects as needed
- Create: Edit video, design graphics and customized template-based animations for a variety of multimedia projects
- Support: Assist with livestream and podcast productions
- Enhance: Refine the color quality of videos and photographs
- Operate: Set up and troubleshoot audio equipment for recording
- Illuminate: Apply effective lighting techniques for photo and video shoots
- Learn: Build familiarity with company production workflows, brand standards and procedures

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
- Degree in graphic design, animation, photography, video production or equivalent years of experience
- 2-4 years of experience in videography, editing and photography
- Experience with animation, commercial shoots, livestreams, podcast production, gimbal operation, lighting, teleprompter, audio and AI platforms are preferred
- Highly organized and can multi-task in a fast paced and changing environment
- Knowledge of basic production terminology preferred
- Intermediate experience with Adobe Creative Suite, focusing on Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop and Lightroom
- Familiarity with project management, cloud-based file storage and collaboration platforms such as AEM, Workfront and Frame io preferred
- Computer skills and ability to navigate through MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needs
- Occasional travel may be required
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and to build and maintain relationships
- Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary
- Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong project management or organizational skills
