The Role:
We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Multimedia Designer to join our team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualising, designing, and producing engaging multimedia content across a variety of digital channels. Your expertise in 3D design, animation, and multimedia production will play a key role in elevating our brand presence, enhancing user experiences, and driving impactful visual communication.
Main responsibilities:
- Conceptualise, design, and produce multimedia assets, including videos, animations, and interactive content
- Apply strong 3D design and animation using Cinema 4D
- Create compelling static and motion visuals for social media, websites, digital ads, email campaigns, product launches, and educational materials
- Leverage AI-driven creative tools to enhance efficiency and innovation in image and video production
- Produce and editpromotional videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Utilise Figma for web and UI/UX designprojects
- Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines and meet the highest creative standards
- Collaborate closely with Content Marketing, UI/UX, and Media Production teams to deliver inspiring design solutions
- Stay up to date with design trends, emerging tools, and technologies
Main requirements:
- BSc/MSc in Multimedia/Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Multimedia Designer, Motion Designer, or a similar creative role. Experience in fintech, financial services or online trading will be considered an advantage
- In - depth knowledge of Cinema 4D for 3D design and animation
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of high-quality multimedia projects
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Experience with AI-based creative tools for image and video production
- Knowledge of interactive content and web animations will be considered an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organized and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment by managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
