Your Mission

As a Multimedia Designer, you’ll own the creation and execution of visually compelling designs to drive brand consistency and elevate client marketing outcomes. You’ll be trusted with creative autonomy while collaborating closely with account and creative teams to deliver high-impact visual assets. This role blends hands-on design work with thoughtful brand interpretation and requires a sharp eye for detail, aesthetic sensitivity, and strong conceptual thinking to build scalable, innovative visual solutions across diverse clients and channels.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and deliver high-impact Paid Media assets (graphics, videos, animations, GIFs) that elevate campaigns and reflect brand identity.

  • Translate performance goals into visually engaging, conversion-focused creative concepts.

  • Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and brand alignment across every deliverable.

  • Refine and evolve designs through thoughtful iteration, storytelling, and attention to detail.

  • Use performance insights and creative testing to continuously optimize visual outcomes.

  • Collaborate closely with Performance, Copy, and Creative teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

  • Communicate proactively on objectives, timelines, and feedback to keep projects on track.

  • Explore new design trends, tools, and formats to keep creative output fresh and effective.

  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, prioritizing work that drives the greatest impact.

Skills Required
