Position Overview

The Senior Product Analyst partners with Product Leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to shape product strategy into measurable outcomes and executable work. This role leads discovery and analysis efforts to define product goals, customer needs, and success metrics, and ensures alignment across stakeholders on scope, tradeoffs, and intended value.

The Senior Product Analyst takes a “business process first” approach—deeply understanding current-state workflows, pain points, controls, and data flows, then defining future-state processes and capabilities that enable modernization. The role drives decomposition of complex business problems into capabilities, features, and well-formed user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and ensures teams have the context needed to deliver effectively.

This position plays a key role in product execution by owning requirements quality, supporting backlog readiness, and proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and decision points. The Senior Product Analyst also contributes to customer-driven design and continuous improvement by incorporating user research, usability findings, operational insights, and market/industry trends. Cross-functional leadership is expected across UX, Change Management, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Risk/Controls, and other horizontal teams to support delivery, rollout, and adoption.

The role also supports development and deployment activities such as process redesign, Day 1 readiness, risk and controls documentation, story validation/testing, and UAT planning and execution. If you enjoy solving complex business problems, influencing outcomes through data, and driving clarity in fast-moving environments, a Senior Product Analyst role on the Multifamily Technology team may be a great fit.
