Multi-Site Operations Manager

This is a full-time staff position at the High Point University Workman School of Dental Medicine (WSDM). The successful candidate is expected to support and manage programmatic needs for the HPU Oral Health clinical practices.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  

The candidate selected for this position will perform all duties directed by the Chief Dental Officer and Executive Leadership Team at the WSDM. The responsibilities of the position are expected to evolve as the WSDM continues to expand and requires a candidate with an adaptive and innovative mindset.

The role of the CARE Multisite Operations Manager shall include, but not be limited to:

• Lead, manage and oversee business operations of assigned High Point University Oral Health clinical practices

• Create an inviting environment for team members, patients and Learners.

• Support patient centric, high quality care

• Support the onboarding, training, recruitment and mentorship staff members

• Set and achieve goals by holding the team accountable for set targets and providing the resources for doing so.

• Maintain financial records

• Support insurance verification and provide information for submitting claims

• Understand and support legal and regulatory compliance

• Managing team schedules and securing appropriate coverage4

• Overseeing the supply and equipment orders for the offices

• Supporting the CARE Advocates in working the pre-registration, charge, treatment plan work queues

• Supporting Claim Management, refund approvals

• Responsible for securing that HPU SOP’s are adequately followed

ACCOUNTABILITY:

• Report to the Chief Dental Officer.
• Evaluation: Ongoing performance review is conducted along with an annual assessment by the Dean and includes input from the ELT.
