The Content Creator is the visual storytelling engine for the Global Internal Communications team, responsible for producing compelling video content and graphic design that brings our business strategy, leadership priorities, and employee stories to life across global internal channels. This individual contributor role (no direct reports) is primarily focused on video production and visual design (~80%), with secondary support for written content. The role blends creative production, content writing, and digital skills to drive employee engagement, clarity, and connection.
This manager-level position reports to the Director, Global Internal Communications.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production & Editing (Primary Focus ~50%)
- Serve as the in-house video producer, videographer, and editor for all internal content - including executive messages, employee stories, event coverage and internal campaigns and events.
- Responsibilities include: storyboard, script, film and edit video content across multiple formats (short-form social, long-form features, event recaps, leadership messages) with quick turnaround capability
- Manage end-to-end video production: concept development, pre-production planning, on-site filming, post-production editing, motion graphics, captioning, and final delivery.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual style and high-quality standard for all internal video content.
- Optimize video content for various internal platforms and formats (intranet, digital signage, email, Teams/Viva Engage).
Graphic Design & Visual Content (Primary Focus ~30%)
- Design high-impact visual assets including event logos, infographics, digital posters, social cards, presentation templates, event branding, Teams backgrounds, wallpapers, and campaign visuals for internal channels.
- Create motion graphics, animated text and visual overlays for video content and standalone digital assets.
- Develop and maintain internal brand templates (i.e. PPTs) and visual guidelines for the global organization and communications team.
- Design visual storytelling elements for intranet features, newsletters, and leadership communications.
- Produce visually compelling slides and presentation decks for leadership and town halls.
Content Strategy & Written Support (~20%)
- Partner with Internal Communications teams to shape narrative arcs and content campaigns, with a focus on visual/video storytelling approaches.
- Translate business priorities and leadership messaging into visual content concepts and storyboards.
- Build and manage editorial calendars for video and visual content across global internal channels.
- Write supporting copy for internal channels as needed (video scripts, social captions, short posts, long form articles,) to complement visual content.
- Track engagement metrics across video and visual content; use insights to refine creative strategy.
- Adapt longform leadership communications into concise video concepts and visual social posts.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on video production and graphic design experience in corporate communications, media, brand, creative agency or in-house creative team environments.
- Demonstrated ability to personally produce content end-to-end, not just manage others:
- Shoot, light, and edit professional-quality video content (interviews, leadership messages, B-roll, event coverage) independently and with rapid turnaround.
- Design polished visual assets (infographics, social graphics, branded templates, motion graphics) that align with brand standards.
- Storyboard and script video concepts that translate complex business topics into engaging visual narratives.
- Experience supporting executive/leadership communications preferred.
Tools & Platforms (Hands-on Proficiency):
- Video Production & Editing: Professional camera operation and/or smartphone/tablet capture; lighting and audio kits; Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / (or similar professional NLE); After Effects for motion graphics; CapCut / Descript for quick-turn edits; basic audio editing and color correction.
- Graphic Design: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) required; Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint) required; Canva for templated/quick-turn assets; Figma or similar for digital design; Keynote for visual storytelling decks.
- Motion & Animation: After Effects, Canva Animate, or similar tools for animated graphics, lower thirds, and video overlays.
- Publishing & Collaboration: SharePoint / Staffbase / (or similar intranet CMS); Microsoft Teams / Viva Engage; basic understanding of email publishing platforms.
- Analytics: Native intranet and video analytics dashboards; understanding of video performance metrics (views, completion rates, engagement).
Professional & Working Style:
- Highly self-directed, proactive, and comfortable working directly with senior leaders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple creative projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
- Creative eye with strong attention to visual and written detail, composition and brand consistency.
- Global mindset with sensitivity to tone, culture, and regional nuances in visual storytelling.
Portfolio or work samples required (video reel, graphic design samples, motion graphics).

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
